1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds
We accept returns and offer refunds within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon delivery.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return or refund, including:
- Personalized or custom-made items.
- Sale or discounted items.
- Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments).
3. How to Start a Return
- Email support@noorzahi.com with your order number and reason for return (include photos if applicable).
- We’ll reply with a return authorization and instructions.
- Unless the item arrived damaged/incorrect, the customer covers return shipping.
4. Refunds
After inspection, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days (processing times vary by bank/provider).
5. Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
