Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

2. Delivery Time

• UAE: 2–4 business days
• International: 7–14 business days

3. Shipping Charges

We offer free delivery on orders above AED 100 within the UAE. For smaller orders or international shipping, charges are calculated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can use this link to check the delivery status anytime.

5. Delays

Unforeseen factors such as customs clearance, public holidays, or courier issues may cause slight delays. We appreciate your patience.
